The wood used for carving handicrafts come from the native olive trees, a skill that has been passed on by many generation. All our hand carved pieces are unique. Bethlehem Handicrafts supports more than 200 Christian families to improve their economic and social conditions. And because of travel restriction due to the political turmoil in that region, it has introduced its beautiful olive wood products overseas – mainly the United States.
