We want you to be fully at peace with every piece you receive from our Bethlehem workshop. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.

30 Day Free Returns

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any eligible item for a full refund. Return shipping is free on all US orders.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from bethlehemhandicrafts.com, and not from a subsidiary distributor.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@bethlehemhandicrafts.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We will reply within one business day to confirm your return is eligible and email you a prepaid return shipping label along with the return address.
Drop the package at any UPS or USPS location using the label we sent you.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace the piece or issue a full refund including all shipping charges.

Please keep all original packaging until we confirm the return method.

Custom or personalized orders
Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a piece is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want.

Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 15 and December 24 may be returned through January 31 of the following year. The 30 day window is automatically extended for holiday gift purchases.
