For the Bannoura family, coffee has always been more than a drink. Growing up in Bethlehem, coffee meant welcoming guests, gathering with family and friends, and sharing conversation around the table. After more than 25 years of sharing the handcrafted treasures of Bethlehem with American homes, we are sharing another tradition we love: our coffee.
Here in Colorado we partnered with a friend and roaster who also comes from the Holy Land, from Galilee. Together we tasted, adjusted and roasted until our five Holy Land inspired blends were born. Every bag is roasted in small batches and ships from the USA in 1 to 2 business days.
Holy Land Blend, medium dark roast. Our signature house blend, rich and smooth with deep roasted character. Bethlehem Blend, medium roast. Smooth, balanced and approachable, the everyday cup. Jerusalem Blend, dark roast. Bold, rich and full bodied, made for espresso and strong coffee lovers. Nazareth Blend, medium roast. Classic, clean and satisfying. Galilean Blend, medium roast.
