Our Coffee Story

For the Bannoura family, coffee has always been more than a drink. Growing up in Bethlehem, coffee meant welcoming guests, gathering with family and sharing conversation around the table. Here in Colorado we partnered with a friend and roaster who also comes from the Holy Land, from Galilee, and together we created five blends inspired by the coffee we grew up loving. Read the full story or see all five blends.

Brewing + Freshness

Whole bean coffee stays fresh longest, so grind just before brewing. Use about 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of water and adjust to taste. For espresso, grind fine and pull short. Store the bag sealed in a cool, dark cupboard, never in the fridge or freezer, and enjoy within a few weeks of opening for the fullest aroma.

Shipping + Returns

Orders ship from our Colorado fulfillment center, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Free US shipping on orders $75 and over. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for full details.
