Our Coffee Story

For the Bannoura family, coffee has always been more than a drink. Growing up in Bethlehem, coffee meant welcoming guests, gathering with family and sharing conversation around the table. Here in Colorado we partnered with a friend and roaster who also comes from the Holy Land, from Galilee, and together we created five blends inspired by the coffee we grew up loving.
