Returns Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the item or items to Bethlehem Handicrafts if the return is due to our error (i.e., we shipped you the wrong products). We will refund you the order total amount including shipping.

If the return is not due to our error, we will refund the order total amount not including shipping cost. In such cases an item must be in original packaging and in the same condition as it was shipped.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from Bethlehemhandicrafts.com, and not a subsidiary distributor.

We cannot exchange an item or items that are defective, damaged and/or in unsaleable condition, or are missing parts 30 days after the delivery date. Defective, damaged and/or unsaleable items must also be reported within 10 days or less from the date received. 

Mailing Instructions:
1. Please include a copy of the original order email which includes both purchase and contact information.
2. Please mail the item you wish to return to the following address:

Refunds:
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item or items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 business days from the day we receive your item. 

Broken Item Replacement Procedures:
Please remember: We cannot exchange an item or items that are defective, damaged and/or in unsaleable condition, or are missing parts 30 days after the delivery date. Defective, damaged and/or unsaleable items must also be reported within 10 days or less from the date received.


Please keep all original packaging and email us at orders@bethlehemhanictrafts.com with a full explanation of the damage to the item or items.


Please insert broken item or items in the original shipping box when possible, and ship the item to the shipping address noted above (Mailing Instructions). Email us with the tracking number. 

We will ship replacement items within 7 business days and notified after shipment is made. If a replacement for the item or items is not available, you will receive a full refund as quickly as possible.
