Shipping policy

At Bethlehem Handicrafts, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and safest way possible. Each piece is carefully packed by hand at our Aurora, Colorado fulfillment center to make sure your hand carved olive wood from the Bannoura family workshop arrives safely.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipments are sent via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries outside the United States at a flat rate of $40.00. Estimated delivery is up to 2 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance.

All prices on our site are in US dollars.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Bethlehem Handicrafts is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order by your country. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. If a shipment is lost or delayed due to an incorrect address, Bethlehem Handicrafts cannot be held responsible for partial or full loss of the shipment.

If we need additional information to complete delivery, we will contact you. Delays may occur if additional address information is needed.

Shipping Delays

If a delivery is delayed or cannot be completed in full, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after the order is placed.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Estimated delivery times are measured in business days and do not include weekends or national holidays.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging at info@bethlehemhandicrafts.com.

Please keep all original packaging. We will reply with return instructions and process a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

For lost shipments, please contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and provide a replacement or refund if recovery is not possible.

Large or High Value Pieces

Statues and sculptures over 20 pounds or valued over $500 are shipped fully insured through FedEx or UPS Ground with signature confirmation. If you are not home at delivery, the carrier will leave a notice for redelivery.
