The crowning of Mary as Queen of all creation is the culmination of all the privileges granted to Our Lady. The Mother of God is portrayed on a cloud, assumed body and soul into heaven, by the Holy Trinity: The Son (Left), the Father (Right), and the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove (On the Crown). The members of the Holy Trinity in this olive wood carving are placing a crown on the head of Mary as Queen of Heaven.

8) Virgin Mary Stone Mosaic on Olive Wood Plaque

From the stone put together to create the mosaic, to the carving of the olive wood base, this plaque has been fully handcrafted by Christian artisans from Bethlehem. The mosaic is made of small, flat, roughly square, pieces of Jerusalem stone from the Holy Land that comes together to depict a portrait of Virgin Mary. It is placed on an olive wood plaque to be hanged on a wall. The olive wood plaque also has the phrase “God Bless our Home” and two Jerusalem crosses made of olive wood; and a capsule filled with incense from Jerusalem to give you a true taste of the Holy Land. This decorative plaque of stone and olive wood can add a personal blessing to any space, whether at home or in the office.

All of our products are hand made by many Christian artisans from Bethlehem. Our artisans have been following the ancient tradition of wood carving passed by many generations to ensure top quality olive wood handicrafts. All of our olive wood products are coated with soft, clear, lacquer-based sealing wax to ensure their longevity, and to give them a hint of shine. Our olive wood is dried up for at least one year before it is used for carving.
