4 New Year’s Resolutions You Should Add To The List

New Year’s Eve is the perfect time for the family to get together and celebrate the end of a year and celebrate the beginning of a new one full of opportunities and new chances to get closer to God and the people around us.

1) Read Your Bible More

Try to stick to a certain amounts of minutes a day. Start with 10 minutes a day, and  then start to increase those minutes monthly according to your own speed. Also give a try to audio-bibles!

2) Carry rosary beads with you at all times

Take a look at our rosaries and "make a habit of giving your rosary beads away at the slightest prompting".

3) Pray More

Try praying at places you never did before, or at unusual times. Try praying in the car before going to work, or in the morning if you are used to praying at night!

Don't forget to pray together this New Year's Eve to welcome the new year with prayer and love, and set goals for the upcoming year!

4) Add something new

Like volunteering, joining a Bible Study, or reading a book each month!

“Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, says my soul, therefore I hope in Him! The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him. It is good that one should hope and wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.”(Lamentations 3:22-26)
