Up until this point, 2020 has not been easy, especially with the recent eruption of the corona-virus. However, there is a Bible verse for every situation we face in life, and the coronavirus pandemic is just another hardship that will rise over through God's Word.
Even though life can get challenging sometimes, as Christians we must remember that Jesus is greater than every hardship; he is victorious over every pain. Never underestimate God's power to deliver us from fear.
Jesus did the same when he was tempted by the devil in the desert. Despite being the Son of God, He used the authority of the Scriptures, and prayed.
Let these bible verses inspire us to rise over this worldwide health crisis, and use this chance, being quarantined at home to read the bible, and get closer to to Our Lord and Saviour and his encouraging words.
We should remind ourselves constantly that God is watching over His children. Keep the faith, and let God’s word ground you and remind you that you are way stronger than you think.
We hope these verses that will bring you love, serenity, and peace.
The LORD is my light and my salvation - so why should I be afraid? The LORD is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble?
2 Chronicles 7:13-14
"If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
"Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."
"I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears."
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
"The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."
"Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me."
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. If you say, “The LORD is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread on the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent. “Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.”
