Our Coffee Story
For the Bannoura family, coffee has always been more than a drink. Growing up in Bethlehem, coffee meant welcoming guests, gathering with family and sharing conversation around the table. Here in Colorado we partnered with a friend and roaster who also comes from the Holy Land, from Galilee, and together we created five blends inspired by the coffee we grew up loving. Brewing + Freshness
Whole bean coffee stays fresh longest, so grind just before brewing. Use about 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of water and adjust to taste. For espresso, grind fine and pull short. Store the bag sealed in a cool, dark cupboard, never in the fridge or freezer, and enjoy within a few weeks of opening for the fullest aroma.

Orders ship from our Colorado fulfillment center, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Free US shipping on orders $75 and over. Coffee is a food item and is final sale, so we do not accept returns on coffee. If your bag arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
